All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

-Clients are billed monthly or per project, based on the agreed scope of work.

-Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

-Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full.


4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. In cases where a refund is approved at our discretion, it will be processed using the original payment method.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

-Provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver services.

-Ensure all materials (text, images, videos, etc.) provided are legally owned or licensed.

-Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.


6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Clickfire Digital retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the course of the project until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their business purposes.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

-Payment is not received as agreed

-The client breaches these Terms

-The project involves illegal or prohibited activities


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
